What is student coaching?

It can be challenging to juggle school, friends, work, extracurriculars, and looking toward the future. We will work together to help you or your child balance school and all the other aspects of life, including:

  • Prioritizing and organizing school work
  • Finding time to exercise
  • Managing challenges in friendships
  • Managing stress
  • Balancing a busy schedule
  • Planning for college and beyond

Together we will break down barriers, create clear plans, and set up accountability to help you or your child develop sustainable habits!

What does working with a coach look like?

We will determine the environment and cadence that works best for you or your child. We can meet in person, over the phone, or on video calls. I am available by text or email between sessions if questions or concerns arise and am happy to provide accountability support.
