About Me

I have worked with a variety of clients to help them reach their health and wellness goals, including as a health coach on a popular weight loss app.  Previously, I worked as a mentor, choir director, theater director, opera singer, musician, teacher and school administrator before becoming a coach. A common thread throughout these experiences has been my ability to create a plan, and empower and motivate people to help them achieve their goals. I bring those skills to my work as a coach and have helped hundreds of people make changes that have transformed their lives.
